Tennocon 2016 and Alliance Event

Some alliance members will be attending Tennocon 2016, and we will be holding a Clan Event at the same time. Use this thread to discuss Tennocon 2016, and what type of materiel, or gifts we can provide to alliance members who attend. The alliance event will require alliance members to work together to receive prizes. If your attending Tennocon 2016 please post in this thread.

Hey, I'm attending Tennocon, I'm the warlord of The Last Cookie Munsters, and it would be best for us to get a good idea of how many of us are going so that way we can plan alliance events accordingly. Super excited hope to see you all there.

I want to have the event force members of the alliance to work together so I think it should be squad based with members from at least 3 clans in each squad. I would like to give out prizes to the top three squads. I am not sure what we should have them do but maybe we can have them do timed sorties or rank them based on how many credits they donate to the alliance vault I am open to ideas.

For Tennocon maybe we can give out cups to anyone who attends from the Alliance with the Alliance emblem on them, and make some custom stinkers and recruiting material which they can hand out about the alliance and the event.

I like the idea of the alliance emblem and recruiting materials. your first part gave me an idea, what if we did that but at tennocon we had had squads (of irl people) and had a 'mission' they needed to complete (some sort of irl task) ldk what it could be but that might be fun.

Sorry, super late to the party. I have plans on going myself, but it all boils down to whether or not I can get leave approved.

So how are the promotional mugs gonna work? Do we already have them available, or are they on their way? What's the word on that?

@LuvEvol we are still working out the details, sense it seems we dont have to many people going I think the best idea would be that i/we would give them out, although if more people come i/we will probably do something else.

On a side note i'm going to send everyone who is going a friend inv so i can plan a little bit better.

Welp, I couldn't find you guys, and I wasn't able to post on the forum from my phone. (The forum would consistently draw crazy images as I scrolled down, as if video memory were corrupted.)

I even participated in the Lunaro competition in hopes that one of you would hear my name announced and come looking for me. Oh well... Did the rest of you manage to meet up?
