Raid Cheat Sheet (RCS) -- Law of Retribution

Welcome to the raid cheat sheet (hereby referred to as RCS)


THREE MOST IMPORTANT RULES OF RAIDS:

1. Do your share of the teamwork! (Use only CC powers, but USE them don't slouch)
2. Don't kill anything! (2 exceptions: scorpions and floating nullifiers in nightmare raids)
3. Stay together at all times.



Frame Options - After choosing the frame you want to play, scroll down and click on the name of that frame in the spoilers to learn your responsibilities as that frame.

Power use: Spam 2 and use 3 while on the move, use only 4 when camped and stand near center of fight

Power use: Spam 4th and immediately detonate disco ball upon release each time FOR BLINDING ONLY

Role: Crowd Control, Revive Allies (if using syndicate mod "Soul Survivor")

***As of U18, you no longer need to damage yourself as Bless Trinity, you simply gain a 75% resistance when the strength meets a certain requirement. I'm too lazy to look up the exact stat but mine works at 150% strength.***

Vauban:

Role: Crowd Control
Power use: 3 all day until your finger aches
Essential Mods: Stretch*, Streamline, Flow, Continuity
Highly suggested Mods: Fleeting Expertise, Constitution

*Note that using Overextended and Repelling bastille interrupt the enemy movement enough to give trinity problems... try to keep these off your modout.

Valkyr:

Role: Revive Allies, Hacker
Power use: Only 4, so she can revive and hack panels
Essential Mods: ~
Highly suggested Mods: Flow, Streamline, Natural Talent

Role: Team Speed, Hacker (using shield), Camped Ally Shield cast
Power use: Spam 2 near allies for speed, and use 3 to shield others when camped
Essential Mods: Stretch, Continuity
Highly suggested Mods: Power strength and efficiency for faster running and more casts

BASIC BREAKDOWN OF EACH PHASE
Phase 1:

Main goal = destroy all 4 toxin injectors with bombs from the central chamber
-Get a bomb from central chamber
-Follow leader waypoint to 1 of the 4 toxic injectors
-Hack all 4 panels in the injector room
-Drop the bomb while injector vulnerable
-Return to central chamber for another bomb (repeat this whole process 4 times)

+IMPORTANT+
STAY TOGETHER! IF BOMB DETONATES WITHOUT KILLING THE INJECTOR, RETURN AS A GROUP TO GET ANOTHER BOMB

Phase 2:

-- Puzzle room --
Main goal = Get all players standing on a platform in the room to complete the puzzle
-Enter puzzle room the active hack panel in the corner (will be yellow if active)
-A puzzle shape will appear on the tv covering far wall of the room
-Match shape on screen to shape behind the 8 platforms in middle of room (extending over toxic lake)
-Go stand on platform extending from the shape matching the screen on the far wall
-Stand in the center of the yellow pad... it will turn blue when you're on it correctly
-Stay on that pad until all players in the raid are standing on one, by repeating the hack, match, stand pattern for each player.

+IMPORTANT+
DO NOT CROSS THE TOXIC LAKE IN THE MIDDLE... CROSS THE ROOM ON THE ENDS ONLY
DO NOT JUMP, ROLL, OR FLY ONTO OR NEAR PAD... APPROACH AND WALK ON SLOWLY
DO NOT GET OFF THE PAD ONCE YOU'RE IN PLACE
SHOOT ALL SCORPION GRINEER, AS THEY WILL PULL PLAYERS OFF OF PADS
DO NOT GET NEAR ANY PAD UNLESS YOU ARE 100% SURE IT IS THE CORRECT ONE


-- Hijack mission --
Main goal = Escort the core to the end of track
-Players must stand on pads that deactivate electrified portions of the track
-To find these pads, follow the left or right side walls in each room until you reach one and stand
-Escort the core along the track this way until the end

+IMPORTANT+
DON'T GET OFF A PAD YOU ARE STANDING ON UNTIL THE CORE IS WELL BEYOND THAT PORTION OF TRACK
ONLY ONE PERSON IS ALLOWED NEAR THE CORE TO ADVANCE IT... ALL OTHER PLAYERS GO STAND ON PADS ONLY!!!

Phase 3:

Main goal = Blow up all 5 of Vay Hek's smokestacks by dropping bombs into the rooms below them
-Enter Vay Hek's fighting arena
-Locate the marked grineer carrying a bomb (shows bomb icon)
-Kill that grineer and pick up the bomb
-Player carrying the bomb will waypoint a smokestack
-All other players find and stand on the two pads that open the waypointed door (has 2 cables leading from the door to the correct pads)
-Bomb carrier will drop bomb inside and come back out
-Repeat this for all five stacks
-When all 5 blown, Hek can be killed

DO NOT KILL ANYTHING HERE, EXCEPT FLOATING NULLIFIERS (FOR NIGHTMARE)
LOKI'S HAVE TO DECOY HEK BY PLACING THE DECOY RIGHT UNDERNEATH HIM ON THE SMOKESTACK
-THESE DECOYS MUST BE RECAST EVERYTIME HEK CHANGES PERCHES
